The graphs below show the progression of each activity through the various stages of the benzo journey. The most notable trends are that prior to starting benzos, respondents were finding all the activities easier than at the other stages of withdrawal and recovery. The worst part of withdrawal was the worst stage for all activities. At the end of the taper the ability to be involved in the various activities was consistently better than it was at the worst time during the withdrawal. For those 12, 24 and 36 months off, but not well, improvement across the various activities was not consistent with only cooking, housework and shopping showing a consistent upward movement.
