During this endless period of post-withdrawal syndrome, it seems to work about 50 percent of the time; the other 50 percent, it stirs up my nervous system, triggering the onset of withdrawal for about a day or so. An empathetic, intuitive massage therapist may be able to show you some good self-relaxation and pressure-point techniques to use at home.
